TEKA Modernist Sterling Brooch Hallmarked

Offered is a stunning TEKA modernist sterling brooch.  It is hallmarked with the trademark used by German designer Theodor Klotz  starting in 1939.  The sterling standard is 835 as shown.  The style, however, reflects jewelry presented in the 1950s – 1960s.  Production ceased in the late 1970s.

The pin is composed of both textured and smooth solid elements arranged in a circular design. These are supported from the back by small silver posts. This measures 1 1/4″ in diameter and stands approximately 3/8″ high.  Finely crafted, the vintage piece has no condition issues.  Total weight:  7.1 grams
