Vintage Sterling Art Deco Marcasite Carnelian Gemstone Brooch 3″

Offered is an intriguing vintage sterling Art Deco style brooch. The sturdy solid silver platform features carnelian stones separated by rays of sparkling marcasite facets. Round cabochons of black onyx, green chrysoprase, and additional carnelian stones decorate the bottom edge.  The fan shaped jewelry piece measures 3″ across the top, and is 1 1/2″ tall as measured from the center point.  It is marked 925 on the reverse side as shown.  This rather heavy pin would be suitable for a jacket or coat.  There are no missing stones or other condition issues.  Total weight with stones:  25.9 grams
