Offered is a stunning vintage sterling souvenir spoon from Los Angeles, California.  It measures 5 1/2″ in length, and has clear crisp raised decorations on both sides.  The bowl features an arrangement of oranges and blossoms.  The handle is decorated with the courthouse, Carmel Mission, gold mining activities and more.  This bears the maker’s  hallmark of Joseph Mayer & Bros. in business from 1895-1945.  A fine example from the golden age of sterling silver souvenir spoons, this has no condition issues.
