Sterling Silver Opal Pendant with Dainty Necklace Chain

Offered is a lovely sterling silver opal pendant and chain necklace. It has an openwork hinged bail. This motif is repeated on the sides and back of the raised setting. It is marked 925 and with a maker’s hallmark with the initials MF as shown. The pendant is 3/4″ in length including the bail. The gem tester does not verify opals, so it cannot be determined if this is a natural stone or man made.

The dainty 18″ sterling chain is not original to the piece but included as well. It is marked 925 on the spring ring and tested for verification of metal content. The jewelry has no condition issues. Total weight: 2.9 grams
