Vintage 800 Silver Bracelet Italy Rossi Giuseppe c 1930s – 40s

Offered is a sleek Art Deco vintage 800 silver bracelet.  It is composed of oblong curved panels that are joined by solid rings. These elements provide a band that is 5/8″ wide.  The wearable length is approximately 7 5/8″.  There is an unusual closure where a ring rests in a curved slot on one end, and a hinged safety bar covers it and snaps in place.

This is stamped with the 800 sterling content mark, and an Italian hallmark that designates the city of origin and the maker.  NA 18 represents the city of Napoli (Naples) and the maker Rossi Giuseppe.  This was issued in 1935, and remained active until the middle 1950s.  With a smooth satiny finish, the substantial jewelry piece has no condition issues.  Total weight:  25.5 grams.
