Vintage 875 Silver Jewelry Set Earrings Pendant Necklace Moss Agate

Offered is an unusual vintage 875 silver jewelry set.  The collection includes a pendant with necklace chain, and matching earrings for pierced ears.  Each of the elements consist of an curved oval shaped platform that has a bezel set stone cabochon.  This is edged with  applied swirls. Each of the opposing pair of earrings measure 1 1/2″ long and 5/8″ wide.  They feature teardrop shaped moss agate stones with gently undulating bezels.  The agates graduate in color from green at the bottom to translucent white near the top.

There is a similar oval shaped cabochon applied to the pendant surface. The pendant measures about 1 i/2″ x 3/4″.  Though not original to the set, 18″ sterling box chain is included as well. The hallmarks or identifying stamps on the jewelry are found on the unusual hinged earring findings.  Though use of the 875 sterling standard is most common to Russia, this particular set appears to be  from the country of Latvia.   There is also a stamped numerical mark, and another that is totally scratched out.

The jewelry has no condition issues.  Total weight:  18.7 grams
