Vintage Truart Sterling Brooch Tropical Ocean Scene 2.5″

Offered is a most captivating vintage Truart sterling brooch.  The tropical ocean scene features finely detailed palm trees, a sailboat on a bubbling  sea, and a sun face enclosed in a circular frame. It measures 2 1/2″ in diameter, and is marked on the reverse side as shown.  The Truart company was listed as being in business from 1939 to the 1960s.
