Antique Sterling Silver Art Nouveau Brooch Corsage Pin Wm. Kerr

Offered is a lovely antique brooch of solid sterling sliver. The unique design with the sharp needle perpendicular to the center was used to hold a corsage or small bouquet of flowers in place on the clothing. This bears the hallmark of Wm. B. Kerr & Company used after 1909.

The pin measures 3/8″ wide at the center and tapers at the ends. It is 2 5/8 across as measured from the bottom and 3″ measured on top along the curve. This has a sturdy hinge and C clasp closure. It is in excellent condition with no damage to report.
