14K Gold Filled Scarab Brooch A. Micallef

Offered is a stunning mid century 14K gold filled scarab brooch.  Two prong set beetle cabochons arranged on the slightly concaved burnished surface. The placement reminds one of two cherries suspended from finely detailed leaves and smooth wire stems.  This measures 1 3/16″ in diameter.  It is marked on the needle with the 14K GF metal content mark and AMCO.  The latter is a trademark used by A. Micallef & Company.  This lovely vintage jewelry has no condition issues.
