Antique Sterling Citrus Spoon Souvenir Albany

Offered is an antique sterling citrus spoon.  This is a souvenir from Albany, New York, the fruit spoon measures 5 3/4″ in length The fluted bowl has a light gold wash, and the handle is finely detailed including a fish and human figure.

It is hallmarked on the reverse side with an older Frank W. Smith trademark and is stamped Marsh & Hoffman. The latter was a retailer in Albany in business from 1880 -1896. The back of the handle has a scripted monogram and is dated ’92. The substantial flatware piece weighs 24.6 grams and is without damage.
