Antique Sterling Silver Souvenir Spoon San Francisco

Offered is an antique sterling silver spoon featuring San Francisco, California. The engraved bowl depicts the shining sun at the famed Golden Gate location. It appears that the old Ft. Point building is on the left.

Note there is no Bridge, for this was made about 40 years before that landmark existed. This is of the Wallace & Sons pattern known as simply Number 4, issued in 1896. The spoon measures 5 1/2″ long and is marked as shown. This is in excellent condition with no damage to report.
