Antique Sterling Vesta Case Match Safe Roden Bros.

Offered is an elegant antique sterling vesta case.  The match safe has a hinged cover and measures 2 3/8″ high, and 1 1/2″ across the widest point.  This is approximately 3/16″ thick.  There is a striker bottom, and a decorative scripted monogram on one side.  It bears the hallmark of Roden Bros. Ltd., this was a firm in Toronto, Canada in business from 1891 -1958.

Please note that the condition is good, but not perfect.  While there are no deep dents or dings, the surface has shallow indents that give it a light rippled effect in places when turned towards the light.  This is not captured in the photos provided, but is reflected in the price.  Total weigh: 19.7 grams
