Dorson’s Sterling Silver Necklace Choker

Offered is a stunning vintage Dorson’s sterling silver necklace.  Of a choker style this is 14 1/2″ long.  The tall hinged components are approximately 3/16″ wide and contain clear crystal facets (no discolored stones).  The clasp has an  unusual double fold over style safety feature.  The back of the finding is marked as illustrated.  The New York firm was originally D. Ornstein & Sons, Inc. (1935),  renamed Dorson’s, and was out of business by 1960.
