Large Sterling Bug Brooch Insect Pin Taxco

Offered is a rather large dramatic sterling bug brooch.  It insect pin measures 2″ from eyes to tail, and 1 1/4″ across the widest part of the body. The legs extend to 2 3/8″.  The head and appendages of the beetle have a gold finish while the body and eyes are shiny silver.  The hallmark includes a Taxco registry mark TC-294, 925 and Mexico on the reverse side. There are no condition issues.  Total weight:  20.4 grams.
