Sadler Teapot Queen Elizabeth I England

Offered is a stunning Sadler teapot.  Commemorating Queen Elizabeth I of England, the pottery is intricately decorated with fine detail and lively colors.  The body of the pot is octagonal in shape featuring renditions of the queen and statesmen of the day on each panel.  The cover is decorated with fighting ships of 1588.  It has gold trim accents and stands about 6 1/4″ high to the top of the final with the cover in place.  The body is 4 1/4″ in diameter across the largest portion, and weighs 1lb./6oz. unpacked.   Marked as shown, the design number dates to 1990.  This is in excellent condition with no damage to report.
