Sterling Enamel Spoon Souvenir Washington D.C.

Offered is a lovely antique sterling enamel spoon souvenir of Washington D.C.  The dainty demitasse sized flatware piece measures slightly less than 4″ long. Hand painted pansy flowers decorate the front of the handle, and it is stamped sterling on the back as shown. The bowl is hand engraved and has a light gold wash.  This has no condition issues.
