Sterling Ring with Blue Heart Faceted Topaz

Offered is a vintage sterling ring with a blue heart shaped faceted stone. This is a rich blue color, and has  been tested to confirm it is topaz. It is a size 7 and marked 925 on the inside of the band. It is in excellent condition with no damage found.
