Sterling Silver Money Clip Lindsay & Co. 1940s 24.4 grams

Presented is a strong and sturdy vintage sterling silver money clip.  The design elements include influences from both the Art Deco and Mid Century modern eras. It is stamped Lindsay sterling as shown.  This was a trademark used by the Attleboro, Massachusetts firm Liberty & Co.  This was founded by Ralph K. Lindsay and Jerome Hoenig in 1943.  It measures 2 1/8″ x 1″, is not monogrammed and appears to have been rarely if ever used. Total weight: 24.4 grams
