Sterling Silver Purple Goldstone Tie Pin Tack

Offered is an elegant vintage sterling silver tie pin. It features a subdued yet sparkling oval shaped goldstone cabochon set in a sterling silver bezel to complete the Mid Century Modern design.  Considered to be men’s jewelry, this tie tack measures 1/2″ long across the face. The back has an unidentified maker’s hallmark and the word STER as shown. The mechanical keeper and safety chain assembly is of silver colored metal and marked with the word BRASS. The pin is equipped with a double needle closure on the reverse side. This is in excellent condition with no defects to report.
