Taxco Sterling Abstract Cut Out Brooch

Offered is a Taxco sterling cut out brooch with an abstract design. The ethnic pattern appears to be Aztec or Mayan with perhaps a stylized bird in the jaws of something else. The stamped design element on the boarder is repeated as the animal’s eye. The jewelry brooch has a twisted wire edge and measures 1 1/8″ in diameter. It is marked as shown on the reverse side with the circular Taxco Mexico 925 mark, with the initials FE, and the eagle 3 stamp. This has no condition issues.
