Vintage Sterling Nenette Rag Doll Brooch

Offered is a most unusual vintage cast sterling brooch.  Due to the binding at the wrists and the heavy texture on the skirt, this is likely a rendition of a corn husk or rag doll. It was one of a set Nenette and Rintintin, and design is attributed to Trifari.  It measures 1 1/2″ tall and a bit over 1″ wide at the bottom. It is marked sterling on the reverse side as shown. There are no condition issues found on this peculiar jewelry piece.  Total weight 7.1 grams.
