Vintage Sterling Marcasite Brooch Mother of Pearl Hallmarked

Offered is a lovely vintage sterling marcasite brooch.   It has a finely detailed Victorian style design and features of large oval pearlized cabochon. The pin measures about  2 1/8″ tall and 1 1/2 across the widest point.  The well crafted cast piece is marked 925 and with an unidentified maker’s hallmark as shown. It has a large roll over catch that loads from the top of the finding.  There are no condition issues.  Total weight with stones:  15.6 grams
