Volupte Sterling Silver Powder Compact 4″ in Box Unused

Offered is a large vintage Volupte sterling silver powder compact.  With a raised design on the hinged lid, this measures 4″ in diameter and 3/8″ thick.  The back cover is smooth, shiny, and undecorated.  This comes in the box as shown and contains the screen and puff.  It is hallmarked on the inside metal edge as illustrated.  Though the box shows signs of age, the compact appears to have never been used.  The beveled mirror is clear and bright.  All mechanical components function appropriately, with no dents, dings, or scrapes on the case.  Total weight of compact alone:  128.2 grams.
